Full Motion Flight Simulation Platform
Motion-Base driver software
The Motion-Base driver software converts the actual motion of the simulated aircraft into
"motion cues", which stimulate the pilot's vestibular system and, together
with the visual sensation of the simulated view from the cockpit window
make the pilot believe he is sitting in a real aircraft.
I was able to obtain a copy of "Flight Simulation Motion-Base Drive Algorithms"
by L. D. Reid and M. A. Nahon (UTIAS Report No. 296, CN ISSN 0082-5255).
Status
Nothing has been implemented so far.
